1. Slow increase in the acceleration velocity vibration since Jan 2025.
2. Reached 0.6 IPS 27th February, severe degradation report sent with airflow issue suspicion.
Asset was monitored by both Skyler and a different PdM provider. Skyler correctly identified the fault, while the other didn’t. Fan inspected 28th February during short stop. Eroded fan cone found, damper not closing and starting to delaminate.
